Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction:
  • These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between Satoshee Strategy OÜ (“Satoshee“) and you (“customer”). Satoshee operates the website https://satosh.ee/ and is a company registered in Estonia (registry code 16745297). You can contact us by email: support@satosh.ee or via any of the other methods listed on our Contact Us page.
  • These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all services and products offered on Satoshee. Please read them carefully, as well as our Privacy Policy, before proceeding, as they set out the contractual basis for any transactions occurring on Satoshee.
  • Satoshee is an ecommerce business specializing in resale of gift cards, discount codes and other digital products and services.
  • Customer is any person or corporate entity that decides to use the Satoshee website, products and/or services.
  • If you are accessing Satoshee from any jurisdiction, then the satosh.ee website and its subdirectories and/or subdomains are a part of the Satoshee company and your direct counterparty is Satoshee Strategy OÜ (16745297).
  1. Acceptance of Terms:
  • By continuing to use Satoshee, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy, when purchasing services and/or products from Satoshee.
  • If you do not agree with these Terms and the Privacy Policy, please refrain from using the Satoshee website(s), products and services.
  1. Account Registration:
  • A customer can use the Satoshee website with or without an account.
  • A customer without an account only needs to provide a valid email address for purchases.
  • A customer that registers an account will be asked for more specific details, some of which are optional. 
  • A customer with a registered account is applicable for the Satoshee Loyalty Program, whereas a customer without a registered account is not.
  1. Information Regarding Products and Services:
  • Satoshee provides gift cards and discount codes of different values and different restrictions. Please refer to the product page of each specific product for detailed information about the use and availability of said product.
  • Some products can only be purchased and/or used in certain jurisdictions. If you circumvent our geotargeting systems to acquire a product or service that is not available in your country, then you are violating these Terms and Conditions and we may suspend or remove your account. We are also not liable for any redemption issues that may occur, and we will not provide a refund in those cases.
  • We do our best to keep the information about each product and service up-to-date and accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors. All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products or services at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
  1. Ordering and Payment:
  • Customers can purchase products and services by visiting the Satoshee website.
  • Accepted payment methods include: Bitcoin (on-chain), Bitcoin (via Lightning Network). BTC payments via Lightning Network do not have a minimum amount. The Bitcoin network fees (whether on-chain or via Lightning Network) are to be paid by the customer. BTC on-chain payments are subject to a $20 USD, 20 € or $20 AUD minimum order sum.
  • Customers can also purchase Satoshee Gift Cards, which are balance top-ups on the Satoshee website for prepayment or gifting purposes as well as referral codes. 
  • Purchases of the Satoshee Gift Cards do not give Loyalty Points.
  • Unused balance of the Satoshee Gift Card will be transferred to your Satoshee Wallet (must be a registered member).
  • Most orders are fulfilled automatically upon successful payment (unless stated otherwise). If you do not receive your codes within 30 minutes of successful payment, please contact us. 
  • A selection of products is only available for purchase for registered members as a part of the Satoshee Loyalty Program. Such products may only be purchased with the Satoshee Loyalty Program loyalty points (“LP” for short) or Orange Coins (“OC”).
  • Digital products in the “Open Source Culture” category of the website are provided on a pay-what-you-want basis. Customers can choose to pay or not to pay for those products. If they choose to pay, 50% of the revenue will go to the Open Source Culture fund.
  1. Delivery and Fulfillment:
  • We deliver most of our goods and services digitally. Both gift cards and discount codes will be delivered automatically upon successful payment as codes, which means they are unsealed. Such codes will be displayed on-screen after the order is completed, and sent to the customer’s email address.
  1. Returns and Refunds:
  • As the products are unsealed on delivery, no refunds shall be made for products unless deemed appropriate by Satoshee.
  1. Satoshee Loyalty Program:
  • All registered users are automatically enrolled to the Satoshee Loyalty Program. Unregistered users cannot partake in the Loyalty Program.
  • The Loyalty Program awards customers for a variety of different activities, including, but not limited to: purchases; referring friends; leaving reviews; participating in contests; etc. More details about the Loyalty Program can be found on our Loyalty page.
  • The awards from using the Loyalty Program are disbursed as loyalty points (“LP”). $1 USD is roughly equivalent to 1000 LP. Loyalty points can be used to make purchases on the Satoshee website, redeemed for exclusive products and prizes in the Satoshee shop or to upgrade the customer’s membership level.
  • The Loyalty Program is free to use, but a customer may choose to purchase a higher tier membership (either by using earned LP or by using real money) in order to earn higher bonuses in the future.
  • LP can not be transferred between accounts
  • Memberships can not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for money
  • When upgrading to a higher tier membership, your account will be credited with LP to the tune of the LP value of your current membership
  • 10% of the Satoshee Membership purchases go to the Open Source Culture fund
  1. Intellectual Property:
  • We reserve all rights with respect to the design and content of Satoshee. The Satoshee logo, website design and provided promotional materials may not be used in order to portray as an authorized representative, owner, affiliate or employee of Satoshee. 
  • The Satoshee logo and provided promotional materials can be used to refer friends as a part of the Loyalty Program. Unique, personalized materials may be offered to power users and partners.
  • Excepted from the foregoing are the logos and trademarks used to signal the third-party providers to which each product or service refers to. In no way are we claiming or representing any sort of ownership, license, authorization, partnership or agreement with the owners or holders of the rights of such logos or trademarks. Such logos and trademarks belong to their lawful owners and are used on Satoshee with the sole purpose of identifying the origin or intended use of the product or service.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection:
  • We take the privacy and protection of the personal data of our customers very seriously. Please do not provide us any personal information that you would not deem appropriate.
  • Please visit and review our Privacy Policy to know more about how we process and protect your data and stop using our services immediately if you do not agree and consent with it.
  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:
  • Satoshee is a reseller of products. The terms and conditions applicable to each product/service vary by issuer and the customer shall make themselves familiar with the specific terms and conditions applicable to each product.
  • Customers acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any decision or policy of the issuer to refuse to accept the product on the basis of the terms and conditions that the issuer applies in relation to the product.
  • We make no representation regarding the product’s suitability for its intended use and make no other guarantees, warranties or representations in respect of the product.
  • Accuracy of information. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on Satoshee.
  • Security. Satoshee accepts no responsibility whatsoever for viruses, malware or other malicious or damaging software on customer’s devices. Please ensure that your own computer security is comprehensive and up to date.
  • Third-party content. This website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. For example: if we link you to a tweet on Twitter, or to a post on Medium, or to the Terms & Conditions page of one of the issuers of the products, from the moment you click on that link, we are no longer responsible for the content you are seeing or have access to. We do not control these third-party websites and do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for third-party sites available through Satoshee, via hyperlink or otherwise, nor their respective contents, hyperlinks or security flaws. Any access to, or use of, a third-party site is solely at the customer’s own risk.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Satoshee or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Terms). Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
  1. Responsibility of the Customer:
  • The customer is fully liable for any mistakes, losses or damages (against himself, us, or any third-party) arising from (i) the provision of incorrect, inaccurate or fake information and from (ii) the acquisition, resale, use or other related activities of the product or service, in a manner that infringes any applicable laws, regulations, contractual terms and conditions or other agreements.
  • The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, validity and correctness of the information inserted on the platform (including, but not limited to, the email address to which the product must be delivered).
  • The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password; and for any activities and transactions that occur under their account. Each customer must have unique login credentials that may not be shared with other customers.
  • Satoshee is not liable to any person or entity for any loss or damage which may arise as the result of a failure by you to protect your login credentials. If you suspect there has been unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
  1. Changes to the Terms and Conditions:
  • We reserve the right to change these terms at any point, without any obligation of prior and/or public notice. The date of the last amendment will be presented prominently and customers agree to refer to the present version before each use of the Satoshee website and purchase of products and/or services.

  • If any part of the Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains in effect.
